Just finished the step 2 bottle. I am 50 and have had acne all my life. I have scars to prove it. I thought about buying this product for 3 months because nothing worked for me...or the product worked for 3 months and then it did not. I had 3 courses of accutane and tried every acne prescription. I even used a probiotic mixed in with my moisturize....good bacteria eats the bad bacteria. Well the bottom line is these helped but never cleared. So on to averr. Did it work? My acne cleared...i mean cleared. Skin texture and oil is balanced. I look younger. No cystic acne...not one in 4 months. What I discovered....step 2 really pulls the oil out of my pours. I mean like the cotton ball tells the dirty secret of just how much oil I produce. This stuff is amazing. If you are on the fence about it, don't be.

It’s been a while, but I’m not sure I’ll ever fully get over my experience with Averr Aglow. When I purchased, they were not yet on Trust Pilot and all I saw were 5 star reviews on their site and glowing reviews on social media. After a lifetime of hormonal acne, it finally felt I’d found the correct diet to get my face more clear and based on the reviews, I thought this might clear the last of it.
When a month past on the product and I had the worst acne of my life, I’m talking no part of my face remained clear, I took to Facebook to ask. At this time, I was encouraged to keep with it and was told my skin was “purging.” Eventually, I decided to go get it checked out and I was told I was not purging and the products were absolutely causing the acne to spread and grow.
I was simply going to stop using the product and chalk it up to them not being the correct fit for me. I was disappointed about how much I spent, but I figured that’s just how it goes sometimes. Then someone I didn’t know on Facebook commented on my comment sharing a similar experience and asking my concerns had resolved, I gave her an honest answer and told her what occurred. Next thing I know, the whole comment thread was deleted and I was blocked from commenting any further. When I reached out to their customer service team, I was told they have the right to delete any comments they desire and insisted my experience was rare and I was just angry I hadn’t had a positive experience. No empathy they had encouraged me to continue a product I was clearly having a poor reaction to, no explanation of why an honest review would be deleted, it became clear to me they weren’t the honest company trying to help others that they claimed to be.
I’m thankful I eventually got my skin more on track, but it took quadruple the time it took Averr Aglow to mess it up and to be honest, even over a year later, there is still scarring and pocking that my time using Averr Aglow caused. While I eventually got my money back, it was only have a negative review with the BBB (which I learned through that process is useless by the way), and multiple complaints directly with the company. They still never honored my request to have an honest review actually posted on their site or social media. Maybe this works for some people and maybe it’s a complete scam, I will honestly never know because it didn’t work for me and I don’t know anyone who has successfully used it. What I do know, is an honest company should have nothing to hide and should feel comfortable standing by their product enough to offer refunds when clearly there’s been a negative reaction.
Edit to Respond to Comments from Averr Aglow: I didn’t write this for a response; I wrote this so that people have a chance to see balanced reviews since your company does not allow for them on your site or social media. Your response also continues to dance around the reality that you delete anything you do not perceive to be positive press for you. These aren’t ethical business practices. Until you have a response for why you would delete honest reviews and start allowing them, I don’t have any interest in what you have to say and I just hope to spare people the pain I experienced due to your company’s dishonesty.

My daughter tried both the Averr Aglow Clear Skin Kit and the Luminous Clear Skin Kit, as well as body scrub, face scrub, etc. for at least 4 months. The products made her skin actually look worse for the first 2 months (supposed purging), but ultimately there was no significant visible improvements after using for 4 months. I did spend hundreds of dollars on Averr Aglow products, but finally decided to stop since her skin was not responding in a positive way. I switched her to another skin-care company that offers oral supplements (with probiotics, zinc, et. al.) and included a greens powder in her diet both of which have been a game changer with noticeable positive results within 3-4 weeks. Averr Aglow just wasn't for her, although the use of natural ingredients was appreciated.

I actually was just asked by Aveer Aglow to leave a review for the Clear Skin Elixer, the only product that I still purchase from Aveer Aglow, but rarely have to use it, but I think it's a great product.
I used ALL their products for quite awhile. I never have had severe acne, just wanted a natural skincare regime for the health of my skin. But, I now understand all the post I see on their blog regarding how so many people are suffering with worse, severe acne and the horrid anxiety that goes along with that!
My experience with Aveer Aglow....constant, bizarre breakouts that I have never experienced and I never want to experience again!!!
The "purging" that is constantly being addressed is absolutely ridiculous!! "Just push through it." If you're skin is purging for months, definitely not the products for you!!
I switched to a different natural skincare regime and in no time, my skin was back to healthy and absolutely no breakouts!
I just feel so bad for those that continue to use the Aveer Aglow Products, and their acne is worse then ever and the way they are feeling...so horrible!!
Not all products are good for everyone and all the oils that are in the Aveer Aglow Products will make fungal acne worse, but those people are being instructed to "push through it" and some are allergic reactions. Again, they are instructed to "push through it."
The company comes across as so caring about their customers. They definitely are not! The price point, oh my and people continue to purchase because they are lead to believe "The Purging" and to continue using their products. To me....that is just about revenue and no care to those that are suffering terribly!! I have also noticed that any "negative reviews" are not being posted. If sharing my experience is negative, so be it!!
Also, if you plan on ordering Aveer Aglow, please be aware of their return policy!!

I’ve been using this for 2 months now and my skin has never been this bad. I went through a horrible purge and even though that part seems to be over, I still have worse acne than I did when I started. I used to only get 2-3 hormonal nodules (the painful ones that last forever) per month, now I have at least 4 at different stages all the time and they last a lot longer than they used to. My cheeks and forehead used to be clear, but now they are covered in tiny greasy bumps. This stuff is so expensive and it completely ruined my skin. :(

I love this brand! It’s really helped clear up my skin, except there have been a few issues. For example, I’ve already had to buy more of the spray. The bottle they send you never seems like enough. And the cleanser leaks, not a lot but enough to notice. But otherwise great products!

OBSESSED with these products! I have been struggling with adult acne for years & wanted to find an all natural product... that actually worked. I have been seeing consistent results for months and have even taken advise in dietary changes to help minimalize hormonal breakouts. Highly recommend!

Wow!! My skin has never looked so good!! I would give it a 5 star review, because ok honestly the product warrants it, but the cleanser bottle leaks, the spray stopped working, and the pump on the mask stoped working. For something so expensive I would have liked better quality packaging. Other than that, it’s a dream!!

My biggest complaint is that their are too many “hardware” issues with the packaging of the products. The sprayer doesn’t work right. The bottle caps don’t work right. The elixir Pump bottle Will leave a lot of product behind once you get to about 1/6th if the bottle. Which is a huge waste of money. It’s quite irritating and wastes product, money, and time. At this price point, it’s not acceptable. Other than that, the products themselves are great. I have not had a purge and I’ve been using the product line for about 7 weeks now. Also, when you buy a package, you run out of things at different times so then you end up having to order ala carte and play a guessing game on what you should buy when. They don’t even give enough cotton rounds to last you the 6 weeks that the nectar is supposed to last. My best analogy is like using nutri system as a meal plan. Their is a whole lot you still have to supplement on your own. It’s not a stand alone plan.

I have been struggling with acne, (blackheads, whiteheads, cystic, in clusters, mirroring sides of my face, you name it) for over 14 years and have tried so many different products and treatments. I also struggle with hyper-pigmentation. I kept seeing ads for Averr Aglow and decided it couldn't hurt to try it. The "purge" part they describe was accurate: it lasted a few weeks, my skin pushed out so many different spots almost at once, but the products were also helping them go away faster and more peacefully. Over 2 months later my skin is smoother, I'm not seeing active breakouts, and it literally glows. I still need to get my hyper-pigmentation under control but now that I'm not breaking out for the first time in 14 years I can actually try to do that!

Love this product. I've spent countless dollars on products that just don't work and make my skin worse. This has drastically changed my skin. I will never use another product on my face again. Fast shipping and packaged very nicely.

I have been using AverrGlow for 2 months now. I didnt see a huge difference at first but a few weeks into using it my skin was beginning to clear up and didn't feel tight and dry with oily areas anymore. It has balanced my dry/oily areas and my purge was not too bad. I'm in the clear now I think because my skin glows now. I've been using the dew spray, the nectar cleanser, the toner, and the exilir daily. I don't even wear as much makeup anymore because I dont have as many blemishes to cover up. Yay. Thanks Averr Glow!!!
